Membership Agreement

1. Scope

This Membership Agreement is part of the PromFlix AI User Agreement and applies when you purchase, use, renew, cancel, or otherwise access paid membership features, subscription benefits, or coins in PromFlix AI.

2. Paid Services

PromFlix AI may offer recurring subscriptions and coin purchases. Subscriptions provide access to selected premium features during the active subscription period. Coins are virtual items that may be used to access selected in-app creation features.

3. Google Play Billing

PromFlix AI paid services are processed through Google Play for Android. Prices, taxes, payment methods, billing timing, cancellation controls, and refund handling may be managed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play terms and policies.

4. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period through Google Play subscription settings. Renewal charges are billed to the payment method associated with your Google Play account.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. You may continue to access subscription benefits until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law or platform policy.

6. Coins

Coins are not legal tender, do not represent stored monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coins may be consumed when you use selected app features. Coin availability, pricing, packages, and supported uses may change over time.

7. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play should be submitted through Google Play according to Google policies. PromFlix AI may not be able to issue refunds directly for transactions controlled by Google Play.

8. Changes to Membership Benefits

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, coin-supported features, pricing, or paid service availability. If changes materially affect an active subscription, we will handle the change as required by applicable law and platform rules.

9. Restrictions

You may not transfer, resell, sublicense, trade, exploit, or misuse subscriptions, membership benefits, or coins. We may restrict paid access if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, chargeback activity, or violation of the User Agreement.

10. Age Requirement

Paid services are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must not purchase or use subscriptions, coins, or paid features in PromFlix AI.

11. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

We work to keep paid features available, but PromFlix AI may be interrupted, updated, limited, or unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, technical problems, legal requirements, or platform restrictions.

12. Agreement Updates

We may update this Membership Agreement from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the effective date shown on this page. Continued use of paid services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
