User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PromFlix AI, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Age Requirement

PromFlix AI is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You must not use the app if you are under 18.

3. App License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PromFlix AI for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes on Android devices that you own or control.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PromFlix AI, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where prohibited by law, violate intellectual property rights, or use the app for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

5. AI-Generated Content

PromFlix AI may generate or assist with AI-powered character content. You are responsible for how you use generated content. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

6. Subscriptions and Coins

PromFlix AI offers subscriptions and coin purchases through Google Play. Paid features, renewal, cancellation, and refund-related terms are described in the Membership Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

PromFlix AI, including its design, software, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by this Agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services, including Google Play billing services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer

PromFlix AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromFlix AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the effective date shown on this page.
